So sorry to lose Sandy, she was certainly one of a kind!! Both my mom, Marilyn and my husband, Mike thought so much of her. Loved being friends on facebook with her and felt such a kindred spirit in our love for animals. No wonder Mom and her got along so well! I'm sure Mom and Mike will be part of a great welcoming committee, along with others who love her so much on the other side!! My heart goes out to all of you!

Sincere condolences to the family, I've never met Earl in person but feel like I know him. You sir, were just what Sandy looked for for many decades. I'm so glad that you found each other.

I remember Sandy as "Cow" from our days growing up in PG. We always had a mostly friendly rivalry. She and my wife suffered from, but beat breast cancer. One of my favorite memories is a story she told about serving in Wagon Master and having John Stockton come in as a guest. She worshiped the ground that Stock walked on and was terrified to serve him. As I heard it, her coworkers forced her to introduce herself and she found him a true gentleman who took time to say hello.

She was one of my most favorite people in my life. I miss her very much.
