Sandra K. Ridgeway

Sandra K. Ridgeway, 54, of Boonville, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 26, 2013.
Visitation for Sandra will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel from 4:00 until 6:00 o'clock on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 with memorial services following at 6:00 at the funeral home.
Sandra K. Ridgeway was born Oct. 14th, 1958 in Sycamore, IL, the daughter of John Merchant and Linda Vuerink Merchant. She married Richard Ridgeway, Dec. 14, 1989 in Springfield IL. They have lived in Boonville since 1999 where Sandra had worked at Nordyne and as a cashier at Walmart. She was a loving mother and she adored her grandchildren. Sandra became a NASCAR fan as a result of watching her brother, Fred, race on dirt tracks in the area.
Sandra was preceded in death by her mother and by a brother, Robert Harris. She is survived by her father, John, of Sycamore, IL, her husband, Richard, of the home; sons, Robert Lee Ridgeway and wife Lindsey, of Boonville, her step-son, Christopher Ridgeway of Taylorville, IL, her daughters, Judy and Schar and step-daughters,  Amanda Long and Laura Thorton, all of Ilinois; her brothers, Fred Harris of Boonville, Mike Merchant of Ilinois, Shane Harris of Kentucky, sisters Renee Reimer, Debbie Merchant and Jill Ann Smith, all from Illinois. Her grandchildren, Cameron, Gavin and Dallas Ridgeway of Boonville and five step-grandchildren also survive.
