Sandra Ann Scott Woolard, age 47, a resident of Washington, NC died Sunday, July 31, 2022.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 11, 2022, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
Mrs. Woolard was born in Beaufort County on October 19, 1974, to the late Dalton Lee Scott and Melba Grace Taylor. On November 3, 1997, she married Kenneth Woolard, Jr who preceded her in death on September 8, 2021. She worked as a hairdresser most of her life, she also worked for Bill’s Hot Dogs until her death. Mrs. Woolard was a volunteer at the Animal Shelter and the Blind Center. She was a member of River of Grace Fellowship.
Survivors include her three children, a son, Zack Woolard of Raleigh, two daughters, Dakota Woolard of Washington, Stori Woolard and partner Lorra Keech of Washington, stepfather, Donald Sayers, her sister, Grace Cox of Washington, her brother, William Gountikas of Plymouth, and two nieces, Abbey Potter and husband Anderson of Washington and Jamie Cox of Ahoskie.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Beaufort County Humane Society, P.O. Box 33, Washington, NC 27889.

Prayers for the Family!! Sandra had a good heart and was fun to be around. We went to school together and worked at Dairy Queen out of High School and have always been friends. Rest easy my Friend!! You will be missed by many!!
