My husband Eddie and I Phyllis Bailey remember the hard work Sandy did as president of the East High alumnae association. She will be sorely missed.
I also remember her as a cheerleader and great fellow student at East.

Terrible loss but glad our lives intersected. Mrs. (Falletta) Harbet was my sophomore English teacher at Centennial. It was only for 1 year but I would see her all over town with her friends and family. At high school activities and sporting events, Dutch Clark, at the mall, Walmart, everywhere. Sad loss, grateful for the interaction and my thoughts and prayers to her family. GBY!

Those eyes, a sparkle I'll never forget. She was so wonderful with the Cheerleaders of East High back in my day. I remember seeing her at the Pueblo Mall years ago and instantly her beautiful eyes made me feel close to her. She was very special. I send my condolences to all those who love her. Rest in Peach Sandy.

Ms. Sandy was a great person and educator. She was trying to create classy ladies like herself by staying on our cases about short shorts and skirts. Deepest sympathy to the Harbert family.
