Sara Fagan Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Feb. 12, 2008.
IRON MOUNTAIN - Sara "Sally" Fagan, 53, went to be with her Savior and her mother, Florence "Billie" (Lyle) Fagan on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008, in Green Bay, Wis. She left behind her brother, Bill of Iron Mountain; nephews, Sean, Jason, and Chris; niece, Colleen; great-nephews and great-nieces, Victoria, Breanna, Nixon, Evrett, and Emily, and her best friend, Candy Oslund and her family. Sara was a selfless, caring person who loved taking care of children as if they were he own, especially her niece, nephews, and Devin. Sara cared for people professionally as a geriatric nurse and touched the heart of others that she has helped. She shared anything she had with others. She brought laughter into the lives of everyone she met and will be sorely missed by all who had contact with her. Anyone who knew her would know she loved taking pictures of them - "1, 2, 3, no wait, smile, one again, 1, 2, 3 say cheese." Sara never forgot a family birthday or any holiday including St. Patrick's Day. Her cards were filled with stickers. She love movie-marathons with friends and family, while eating Three Musketeers and drinking Pepsi. Her family and friends will celebrate her life with a memorial on Friday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Timbers Motor Lodge. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital Condolences to the family of Sara A. "Sally" Fagan may be expressed online at www.tondinfuneralhome.com. The Tondin-Ross and Freeman Funeral Home of Iron Mountain is assisting the family with the arrangements.
