Sarah Hilton Obituary
Sally was the warden of her lamb man Ryan Gibbs, and his daughter, Mackenzie, who she proudly called "my kid." She also leaves her Gramps, Brian Harper. Her loving parents, Jim and Christine Hilton. Her best friend and sister, Michaela Pearce (Jesse) and her nieces and nephew Reilly, Aiden, and Isla.
Sally was fiercely loyal, unapologetically inappropriate and outrageously funny. She was the one that snuck treats to kids, stuck googly eyes in improper places, and glitter filled her cards.
She had received a kidney from her father and was passionate about organ donation. We are so happy she was able to pass on her lungs to help someone live a better life.
The void that is left will be immense. Our whole world will be different without her.
We would like to thank the staff at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital for their years of care but especially the ICU staff for their show of compassion this week. Sally always referred to her hospital admissions as a stay at the bed-and-breakfast with a Lakeview.

Sally and I didn't have many opportunities to get to know each other-however through the years of stories, photos, and tear filled conversations, I feel the hole left in your Family by this tragedy.
