Sean CHERRYHOLME Obituary
Peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at the age 50, after a five year struggle with cancer. He was born on July 6, 1965, first born to Enid Mable Brown and Richard Gordon Cherryholme, and is survived by his closest friend Tammy, son Michael (Shannon) and daughter Michelle. He is also survived by a large extended family that includes, brothers, Chris (Judy) and Donovan, sisters Leah (Joe) and Shannon (Randy), nieces, Madison and Amelia, and nephews Dylan, Christian, Kevin, Cheyne and Jadon. During Sean's courageous battle with kidney cancer he was cared for by his devoted mother who provided unconditional love and support throughout his illness. Friends are invited to visit the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) on Saturday, March 5 from 3:00 p.m. until time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa General Hospital, Cancer Care Clinic would be appreciated.

Sean it's been almost a year, I think of you often, and glad your not suffering anymore. You Brought so much joy to my life and I am so glad Judy was able to meet you.
Although your time here was short, you had a profound impact on my life. Now the tears have been replaced with smiles when I think of you and all the crazy troubles we got into. I know you're watching over all of us and always will. Judy and I will always keep you close to our hearts and will have a beer for you...42 C'mon!

In the last year I had blessing of knowing Sean. Right away I could sense his true caring nature and wanting to help those around him.
He loved getting hugs and kisses when I saw him and I am glad his mom brother and I had the opportunity to spend time praying for him before he went to be with the Lord. Im sure he's dancing to music now and looking over us in his protective way. You will be missed Sean. Xox
