Sean Collins Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 14, 2018.
Sean Charles Collins, 37, of Studio City, CA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 10th.

He was born on October 19th, 1980 in Tuscaloosa, AL to Terence and Rose Mary Collins of Gainesville, FL. Sean attended Jacksonville University, where he formed close friendships with his fellow Brothers of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He graduated from Full Sail University in 2010 and celebrated his first on-air credit, with Nickelodeon, on September 29, 2012. Sean worked on countless creative environments as an artist for DreamWorks Animation; he lived for Florida Gators football and Kentucky basketball, enjoyed video games and trivia night with family and friends, and loved his family dearly. He will be remembered as a kind uncle, brother, son, and friend who listened intently to others and found humor in anything.

He is survived by his parents Terry and Rose Mary Collins, his brother Kevin (Pam) Collins; his sisters Kathleen (Tony) Pezzi, Meghan (Timothy) Blake, Kelly Collins (James Smell), and Shannon Collins (David Ranney); and his 4 nieces and 11 nephews, whom he adored.
