So very deeply sorry to learn of this and what a terrible shock for you and all your dear ones and extended families. Our deepest condolences to you all. Our sympathies particularly to Ann and Robin as well as you Melita. It is far too early for him to be gone...and so sad to lose such a terrific guy. I have many memories of all the O'Neill family from Crescent Beach summer daze, going way back to Sean's childhood, when the O'Neills were our neighbours on Mackenzie Street.
We hoped to be with you today but Mike's recent back injury prevents us from attending the memorial. We will be thinking of you.

I was truly speechless when I heard of the tragic passing away of Sean on the tennis courts at Hazelmere club. I know Sean only for the past 2-3 years and always enjoyed playing with or against him due to his unique brand of tennis! And he was my doubles partner just the previous Sunday when we walloped the opposition!
My deepest condolences to his family.

So very sorry to hear of this horrible news. Our hearts go out to Melita and the whole family. Even though we've moved and haven't stayed in touch old friends and good people always stay in your hearts. Our thoughts are with all of you a this very sad time.

Remembering with great affection Melita's loving husband Sean, a devoted dad and granddad. We live so far away and it is times like this that we wish we lived nearer. This is sent on behalf of all your family in England and New Zealand.

Truly there are no adequate words to describe the void left in the world by Sean. He loved life and lived it to its fullest. His wit and sense of humour are part of what made him special to so many people. He had a passion for music, and we spent many hours listening to music (and perhaps sipping on the odd rum and coke) at our place -- which is just a block from his own home. Sean's sister, my darling Mary, is still in a state of shock and disbelief. My heart goes out to her, to Melita (Sean's wonderful wife), to all Sean's children and other relatives & in-laws, and to his countless friends. I am going to miss you so much my dear friend.

My condolences go out to all of Sean's family and many friends. Although it's been some years since our last meeting, I'll always remember our youthful years. The summer of '74 on the oyster fishing farm and our unsuccessful trip to Jasper with Jack Dempsey and Bill Hutcheson. So many laughs, stories and nicknames came from our adventure. RIP to a great, caring and funny guy. You'll be missed.

Only the good die young, certainly applies here. Sean always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by many.
May time heal the pain Melita, Hailey, Lucy, Patrick and Scarlett feel and all the wonderful memories fill that space.
