Sean Pleak Obituary
51, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016. Beloved father of Kevin (Heather) and grandfather of Kaden. He was also survived by his parents, Bruce and Marty Pleak; godparents, Joe and Charlene McGinley; brothers, Bruce Jr, Robert Joseph (Sylwia), Daniel; and nieces and nephews: Lauren, Blake, Travis, Jayla, Gabriel; Brooke and Bruce III; Chante' and Sava; Marlie and Deaglan. Sean was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Addilynn; mother, Sherilyn; brother, Chris and grandparents, Bob and Betty Howard, and Marvin Pleak and Ann Lowery.
A memorial service will be held at Noon on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W Moore Chapel. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sean's memory to his grandson's College Choice 529 account.

Sorry for the lost of Sean passing away.. I remember coming over and hanging out with my brother (Tim).. Sean seem to be another big brother to me.. He would always joke around. I love how his name was spelled that end up naming my son Sean.. I had run into him a few years back and her was still the same Sean. I am very sorry for everyone list and wish that I could have come.

The Cooney family offers heartfelt condolences as we say how sad we are to learn of Sean's passing.
What happy talks I had with him during these years when we would see each other in the neighborhood. Sean always offered me a word of good cheer. As friendly neighbors will, we two would pause for a spell to comment on the day's weather and family goings on. We'd sometimes, too, tell each other stories about chores and other things we could both put off doing, thanks to the yarns we'd spin!
I have lately missed these greetings I had with Sean over the backyard fence. In fact, I was just thinking of him the other day---not knowing yet this sad news. I wonder now just what brought him to my mind so recently in this seeming random way.
To ease the shock of getting this sudden sad news, I will see my recent friendly remembering of him as a sign that Sean is OK, even as we here yet mourn, now and forever, Amen.

Uncle Sean you were such an important part of my life for so many years. You had a contagious laugh and smile that could make the entire room feel better. Sean was always very special to me. I worked in the credit union at IPALCO and we often talked. He called me "Momma Louann."
I really hated to see the notice that he had passed. Condolences to his family & the ones that loved him.
