It's cool to be kind

NOTICE OF TRANSFORMATION
The beautiful Shaela Lee Christner, age 30, was taken from this realm by a tragic motorcycle/car accident on Oct. 28th, 2018, at the Tanbark Ridge Overlook, near Ashville NC, on the Blue Ridge Pkwy.
Shaela lived life with passionate purpose. She touched many lives and made a positive difference everywhere she went. A caring, nurturing soul, even as a child. She lived life consciously, her ambitions were to raise awareness in the passions she held dear.
Shaela, BEE KEEPER, LOVED the bees, tended to them with grace and patient kindness. Amazing YOGA TEACHER, her flow was like water, her guidance, a soft, LOVING light. A LOVER of travel, she recently took herself to Europe and devoured 3 wonderful months exploring. Shaela, LOVER of life with a plethora of passions: gardening, foraging, a talented chef & baker. An incredible foodie, always open to try new delicacies. LOVED music, dance, modeling, singing and to read. Truly a muse: artist, painter, writer, photographer, designer, organizer, stylist, costume designer, makeup artist, bees wax candle maker, honey sommelier and nature LOVER.
Shaela LOVED riding her motorcycle. The freedom and joy she found in exploring the world while on her bike was well known. An advocate for sharing the road with motorcyclists - a skill most of us can be more aware of and become better at.
Shaela, self-proclaimed, EARTH WARRIOR, cared for this earth and the living creatures of it. She desired to become a marine biologist and raise awareness of the plastics effecting our earth and sea life. Often times you could find her, even while on vacation, by the ocean, bag in hand, cleaning what others left behind. A woman we can all aspire to be more like. She leaves behind an unforgettable legacy. Shaela left us too soon but she left us all an amazing gift; inspiration to follow our dreams no matter what. Her precious presence will be missed every moment, a true gift.
Shaela touched many lives and many have shared the impact she made. She altered life paths of those around her. Now, those she touched promising to give it their all- just like Shaela would. Many people ask themselves now, "WHAT WOULD SHAELA DO?" There is so much LOVE & gratitude for you Shae Shae.
SHINE ON SHAELA! Until we meet again, LOVING you always ALL-ways. XOXOXOXOXOXO
Shaela is survived by her momma and brother, Lora & Seth Gunter, grandparents Leila & Dudley Russell, grandfather, papa John Christner, Aunts & Uncles, (cousins) David & Cindy Gunter, Kellie & Rick Green, Jim Gunter, Moneac & Todd Solomon, Gavin & Cynthia Gunter, Fabula & Mike Christensen.
