Shannon A. Berger

Shannon A. Berger, age 35, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans of natural causes with her sister by her side.

She was born in Montreal, Quebec on October 4, 1984 to Dino Stark & Darcie Berger.

Shannon attended Swanton Schools and Missisquoi Valley Union High School. She excelled in the Cosmetology program at the Northwest Technical Center in St. Albans. Not only was Shannon super friendly and bubbly, but she loved arts and crafts, fashion and style. She would shop til she dropped, loving retail therapy, buying the latest trendy clothes, shoes and perfume! Shannon's favorite perfume was Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture, and that will be a scent that forever ignites memories of her for her friends and family. She loved jamming out to anything 90's, especially hip hop. Shannon's family and friends will miss her personality greatly but will find peace knowing she's reunited with her beloved brother and many family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Madyson Regimbal and Sophia Champagne; her mother, Darcie Berger of Swanton; sister, Alexis Rosa of Swanton; four step-brothers from Canada; step siblings, Jessica, Jennifer and James Rosa II all of Florida; special grandmother, Ariel Berger of Swanton; aunt, Linda Stark; special childhood friends, Jorie Spears and Brittany (Giroux) Gonzales; several cousins, and countless friends. Shannon was predeceased by her brother, Lance Corporal Anthony James "Chuckie" Rosa in 2010; her maternal grandfather, Harold G. Berger in 2006; and stepfather, James Rosa in 2018.

Shannon's Life Celebration events will be private and held at the convenience of her family.
