Our days with Shannon, down on the farm will never be forgotten,

Mary's Crest Farm, will always remember her laughter, her dedication to the goals we set together while visiting there in one of our weekly or our outings on the week ends, whether it be cooking an outdoor meal on the grill, watering the horses, lambs, chickens, pigs, peacocks, walking the dogs, or feeding the wildlife, she would be upfront and center, helping, even brought in the wood for the fire, went to the mailbox for the mail, retrieve the fresh eggs from the chicken house, and cooked them for us all, those us of who shared in her kindness and caring personality…, but was always put in your place if you didn’t pull your own weight in the cleaning (she was tough and finally got her own successful business going for many years!), organizing what ever we needed to do to get through the day or night from breakfast to popcorn when we watched movies and or the stars sitting in the middle of the fields. We roughed it sometimes out there and she didn’t mind jumping right in the do her part of the hard work so we all could have a good time and some! I remember she picked a bushel of apples, pears, and blackberries for a Saturday pie, floured the table to roll the dough to make bread, biscuits, or “our famous flakies” she loved, for a Sunday treat. She brought joy to the day and comfort to our nights. Always inquisitive to her world around her, ready to help out if she can make it better, while we spent the time together. And her laughter could make anyone smile and feel better about themselves and the moments we shared. Though our paths parted way, she managed to call to “check in” to wish us well, telling us always, we were in her thoughts. She was happy to say she was doing well in her own business and proud of herself in her life. That’s how we shall remember Shannon, the happy go lucky person she once was, and the days and moments we shared, while in our hearts, saddens today, but her love will last us a lifetime! Love, sympathy, & great memories

Shannon was always freckles and smiles all the time. She could always make me laugh even when I didn't want to. Your pain and suffering here on Earth are done and I have prayed as best I can for you. Go now with God and I hope that Eternity smiles as warmly upon you as you have smiled upon me. You will never be forgotten....Love always, Marko

There is really no words that will express what I am experiencing right now, nor will there ever be. I loved you like no person would, or could and that will never ever change. I was wrong about Cali, you would've loved it here and I haven't stopped thinking about you since I've gotten here. Before I heard the news even. This can't be real..It won't be long, we'll meet again...
