Sharon and I first met when I taught Marco in elementary school. We reconnected while attending a Summer Conference for teachers in Banff. While having lunch together we soon realized that we had mutual friends in the profession.
That was the beginning of a close friendship and many good times shared with our special group of ladies.
Sharon was a strong, confident woman with a huge heart. Her family (especially her grandson Max) meant the world to her but she also loved spending time with her many friends.
I will miss all of the time we spent together while she was fighting the biggest and final battle of her life.
She is now flying free of pain and suffering with the angels she so dearly loved.
Love and hugs forever,
Gayla

I met Sharon while working with the CBE and we soon became friends. I enjoyed our morning visits, especially over coffee in the staff room. We enjoyed movies together along with the occasional lunch and shared stories. I am going to really miss her in my life!

I had the honor of knowing and working with Sharon on the executive of ATA . She was very committed to the teaching profession. She always spoke highly of her family. She will be missed. My prayers and thoughts go out her family. I will miss her as a friend and fellow teacher.

You were the sister of my heart and my dearest confidant. You will always be in my heart and soul but right now I feel a gaping hole because you are not here. I love for always and forever.
Fly high with your angels and fly free of all pain and suffering.
Love and Hugs Forever

Sharon,
You were such a wonderful MIL to me. I am going to miss all of the support and love you showed me. I promise that I will take good care of your people. We will tell Max lots of YiaYia stories and you will live on through all of us. I love you very much and will miss you every day.
