Sharon Conway Obituary
Sharon was the daughter of the late William and Ella (Cole) Conway. She was raised in Hampstead, New Hampshire and graduated from Pinkerton Academy in 1966. She received her LPN certificate from New Hampshire Vocational Institute in September of 1967. She worked for many years as an LPN at Ellsworth Hospital, as well as various nursing homes in Downeast Maine. She changed careers from nursing to work at Stinson's fish factory in Prospect Harbor, Maine, where she loved working with friends and family at the factory. She always had stories of their adventures getting the job done there.
Over the years, Sharon opened her home to many dogs and cats, the most memorable being her springer spaniel, Samantha Rose, and her cats, Oscar and Zozo.
She is survived by her sister Lauren Carr, her brother Jay Conway, her brother Guy Conway, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life for Sharon will be held at a later date for family and friends.
