My heart took a blow this morning, learning of Sharon´s passing. It was only last Friday, while taking my walk in our neighborhood when I wondered why I hadn´t run into Sharon of late, either by her house or strolling through Memorial Park. I was hoping this meant she was taking a break from the last of our Winter chill and was enjoying herself in Mexico. I shall always remember our friendship, much too brief, with great fondness. Sharon was warm, generous, a reader, rapier smart and always up for a laugh - and an occasional martini. She was kind with me, even as I tested her patience during frame selection. There is now too much emptiness where she used to be, and yet how lucky the world was to have had her at all. I hope I'm able to learn of the celebration of her life when the plans are made.

Sharon was the consummate professional. Her attention to detail was impressive. She treated all her customers like friends and family. She was 100% committed to 10,000 degrees and devoted so much time and generosity to the organization. She was also devoted to Insalatas. We of course miss her as a customer but mostly our friend.

My wife and I knew Sharon for a long time from Marin Optometry. We always enjoyed our once a year appointment to catch up with the staff, especially Sharon. She was always professional, and had a quick wit, which always made for a relaxing experience. Sharon you will be missed.

I am so sorry to see this news of Sharon´s death. She was the only reason I would venture to Mill Valley for new glasses. She was full of light and great delight. You are missed Sharon.
love, Nancy

I´ve known Sharon her whole life -73 years. In all that time she always had a positive attitude. She always had the ability to light up a room with her smile. It´s hard to believe she´s not with us anymore. He was always one of my favorite people, and I will always love her.

Sharon had the ability to change the room to a pleasant warm and happy place with her smile and true optimism. Sharon intrinsically knew how to make another human being feel loved.
