Shawn Scott Obituary
Shawn was born February 16, 1963, in Rock Island, the son of James Scott and LaVonne Dreyer Scott. He was a 1981 graduate of Davenport West High School and later attended Scott Community College. He married Judy Sanderson on July 11, 1998, in Davenport. Shawn was an A.S.E. certified Master Mechanic. He owned and operated Shawn's Auto Service in Bettendorf for 17 years. His interests included golfing, bowling, and fishing. He was an avid White Sox and Bears fan.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Scott, Bettendorf; sons, Brian Gramenz, and his wife Sarah, Moline, and Darren Scott, Davenport; daughter, Desi Scott, Davenport; grandson, Kohl Scott; brother-in-law, Michael Sanderson, Rock Island; and sister-in-law, Lynne George, Columbia, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his mother.
