Sheila H. Forman, 77, of Millville died on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at Inspira Medical Center Vineland.
Born in Philadelphia on Nov. 26, 1935, to the late Rev. John A. White and Alice Jennings White, she was the wife of the late Fulton Alonzo Forman. Sheila had been a lifetime resident of Port Norris before moving to Millville in 1990.
Prior to her retirement, Sheila had been employed as a human services assistant at the Woodbine Developmental Center for 25 years. She had been a member of the In His Presence Worship Center in Millville. Sheila enjoyed talking on the phone with friends and watching professional wrestling. She also loved spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by a daughter, Starr Ennis and her husband Pastor David of Millville; four sons, Mark Ennals of Millville, Calvin Ennals and his wife Eunice of Vineland, Howard Ennals and his wife Gail of Port Norris, and David Ennals of Millville; her stepmother, Grace White of Philadelphia; a sister, Brenda Johnson of Camden; a brother, Herbert White and his wife Veronica of Philadelphia; two special grandchildren, Zakiyyah "Muff" Ennals and Lamar Ennis; a special goddaughter, Carolyn "Dukie" Matthews; a special deacon, Willie McRae; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, Fulton Alonzo Forman, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Grandy and Barbara Freeman; two brothers, Walter White and Jonathan White; and a granddaughter, Faith Ennals.
Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church, 2411 Memorial Ave., Port Norris, on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Halleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Township. Friends will be received at the church from 9 to 11 a.m. prior to the services. Written condolences may be sent to the family through the funeral home website at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
