Very sad to hear the loss of a great woman. Although I never met her in person, but got to work with her for many years and was able to share pics of my family to her as she would call every now and then just to remind me to send her pics of the kids. She will be missed dearly.

Sherri used to come by where I worked at the time and always knew how to cheer you up even when you've had a rough night. She'd give you any advice that you needed and would try and help you anyway she could. I'm dearly going to miss her. Fly high Sherri your gone but not forgotten.

Sherri was my friend and a loving mother. She would rip up and down the roads to many functions for her children. She never let her pain get in the way of caring for them. She is an inspiration to us all. She will be deeply missed. I know Sherri has her wings now and will be looking over her children from heaven above. Love you girlā¤

Every now and then in our lives, we meet someone really exceptional. And Sherri was. I never got to meet face to face. But we have worked together for a long time. She LOVED her job and the people there. The conversations we had the last couple years will forever be in my mind. She handled her struggles and hardships with such a positive attitude. She shared so many things with me. And the biggest and best times of her life the past couple years was the time she spent with he kids and the job that she was so grateful to have and be able to go to every day. Somehow we had a conversation about M&M's one day and about pecan pie. Sherri told me that they sell pecan M&M's. I said "NO WAY"! I was in total disbelief. Sherri asked me for my address and went out and bought me a bag and mailed them to me. I told her she would be in my heart forever for doing that. And she will be and the memories of all the conversations we have had. I am so sad that we cannot talk anymore. But I am happy she is in a place where she feels no more pain. Heaven has a special place for her.

Sherri was a fun loving person .We had some great times back in our school days. She would come to where I work and visit me occasionally. We would laugh and joke about the good ole days even though you could tell that she was physically and emotionally drain. I love you old girl and I will never forget you......Rest In Peace my friend. Until we meet again.

To my special friend Sherri, I love you & will miss all of our talks, & I remember them all & I will do my best to keep our promises! You are one of the strongest women I know & I will forever think of you when I am down/weak. I will always be available for your children, I will want to see them and be around them b/c I see you in both of them, and that's makes me happy. Good bye for now sweet friend, until we meet again...for now you go fly high on that mountain. Prayers to Steven & Rainy, Ruby, Jan, & all the siblings I was privileged to meet through this journey, thank you all for allowing me to be a part of this chapter in Sherri's life.
