Sherry Renee Geesey

Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Friend

July 12, 1952 - June 30, 2025

With deep sorrow and much love, we announce the passing of Sherry Renee Geesey on Monday, June 30, 2025.

Born on July 12, 1952, Sherry lived a life defined by compassion, strength, and a deep devotion to her family. She embraced life with a joyful spirit and a warm heart, always putting others first and offering support with quiet grace and unwavering love.

Sherry is survived by her children: Gary Geesey (Delene) of Richfield, UT; Rhonda O'Connor of Anaheim, CA; and Kevin Geesey (Jill) of Las Vegas, NV. She was a proud grandmother to Brittany, Ashley, and Sean, and a loving great-grandmother to Ayden and Adelyn. She is also survived by many cherished friends who brought joy and companionship to her life. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in each of them.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Bonnie, brother Clint, and her beloved son-in-law Jason.

Sherry touched many lives with her warmth, her quick wit, and her incredible sense of humor. She had a gift for making people laugh and could lift spirits even in the toughest moments. Her unwavering positivity, even in the face of hardship, inspired everyone around her and reminded us all to focus on what truly matters. Her memory will remain a guiding light to all who knew her.

A memorial service to honor Sherry's life will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, for family and friends.
