Shirley and Marilee (Betty) Walther Kelso were best childhood friends over on North St.
Mom loves Shirley and hopes to see her again.
I'm sure they thought themselves blessed to know each other

My condolences to the entire family. Although I'm not in the family any longer , I was married to Harry Ragland, Shirley's nephew. I know she has joined her sisters and brother, as well as her parents and others in her final resting place.

I worked with Shirley many years ago in the Notary Section of the Secretary of State. She was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional hard working but made coming to work a joy.She had her fun moments but you earned her respect by doing your job and she had my deep respect for a supervisor who worked with you to get the job done
