An artist at heart, Shirley found joy in wood crafts and painting. Her creativity also flourished in the garden, where she nurtured beauty with care and dedication. Whether crafting by hand or tending to flowers in bloom, she poured love into every detail.

Shirley's generous spirit and welcoming nature left a lasting impression on those around her. She had a remarkable ability to offer comfort and kindness when it was needed most. Her legacy is one of strength, warmth, and boundless affection.

May Shirley's memory bring comfort and peace to all who hold her dear.

I will always cherish memories of Aunt Shirley. She was calm, thoughtful, and had beautiful hair. One childhood memory that stands out is visiting her house around Christmas time and being enchanted by all the decorations outside. It felt so magical, especially seeing everyone stopping by to admire the creativity and effort that made Christmas even more special.

I also remember Aunt Shirley sending us gifts from her time at Hallmark, including a Dorothy Halloween costume. She holds a special place in my heart, as we are both Geminis, hers is the day before mine and she is a left-handed like me.

We love and miss Aunt Shirley so much. I find comfort in knowing she is with Caden, Grandma and Uncle Terry in heaven.

Hello Shirley, I talk to u so much I think u might be tired of me talking to u. I know u and Mom would like my new apartment but I´m still trying to like it. I wish u were still here we were suppose to be old ladies together but now I´m old all by myself. One day we will all be together again, I miss Mom a lot and Terry. And Dad, it´s been too long. Yes, I think Richard is with u too with his Dad and sister. When u have most of your loved ones in Heaven it looks like a wonderful place to be. I love you Sister

Five years have passed since we were able to see your smile, hear your voice and be in your presence.

When something positive happens you are the first person we think of to share the information with, when something is challenging you are the first person we think of to seek comfort and advice!

You are our silent strength, the voice in our heads and the warmth in our hearts - guiding and protecting us each and every day!

Mom - we take comfort in knowing you are always around watching, guiding and protecting over us. You are loved and missed deeply, and cherished each and every day!

You are forever imprinted in our hearts!

Love Always and Forever, your daughters Tina and Lori

One day, we were in our twenties, Shirley and I decided we would go to a woman´s exercise class. It lasted about an our and we felt so good when we walked out of the class. So, we were driving, and we saw Frostie Freeze, and all of a sudden we looked at each other and said we deserve a treat for the workout. We actually did pull over and we both got a banana split. We laughed so much but realized if we continued with that workout plan we were going to gain weight. We never went back to the class but we did continue with our beloved Frostie Freeze. I Love and miss u Shirley, Happy Mother´s Day

I was lucky to have had some good conversations with Shirley and found her to be an amazing mother and who loved her daughters dearly. Shirley was beautiful and sweet, we all miss her great spirit and her gift for decorating her house for the Xmas holiday season, you just had to see it! I am convinced she is still her daughter´s Angel.

Shirley and I went down our street to explore. It was a field of dirt with a little house on it. Of course, I was on the back of her bike, then all of a sudden this DOG came running after us. I was screaming to pump faster because the dog was about to get my leg. Shirley literally was standing on her bike to pump faster as I was screaming faster, faster Shirley he´s going to get my leg. Once we got out of the dirt and back into our street the dog stopped and we and my leg were save. We NEVER went back to that field. She saved me once again.

I remember when Shirley and I were young. It was Christmas Time and the presents were rapped and under the tree. Shirley said let´s open one gift and I didn´t want to do it but she said our parents will never know. So we both opened one gift each. She got the Guitar that she wanted and I got the coat that I wanted. We both jumped around and played her Guitar and I put my coat on. The hard part was to act like we were surprised on Christmas Day. I Followed my older sister all threw our childhood. Shirley asked me if I remembered our Christmas when we were young and I said Yes, I remembered it all and we had a good laugh. I´m so thankful for our memories.

I remember the Day I brought Eric home from Long Beach Memorial. Shirley brought us home from the hospital. As soon as we got there I changed Eric and as I was putting on a new diaper he had a little fountain of pee and we laughed so hard that he Tinkled on my hand. So many good memories. Love you Big Sis.

I loved and still love my sister. I have so many good memories that will last me a lifetime. Sometimes I feel like she is in my apartment. One night I feel asleep and woke up and told Shirley that I was sorry for leaving the TV on so loud, so I turned it down then as I laid my head back down I sat straight up looking for her. Shirley always had a great smile and she was a fierce supporter of her daughters Tina and Lori. Shirley told me if I ever needed her to just reach out arm and she will grab it.
