THORNHILL, Shirley Mae, 86, of Richmond, died January 2, 2023. Surviving are two sons, Sherwood and Richard Thornhill; 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Bennett; brother, Robert L. Thornhill; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Sunday, January 15 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 16 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Rev. Ronald Thornhill officiating. Interment private. Livestreaming and online guestbook at www.scottsfuneralhome.com.
