Shu Yun Wang, 68, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014. In Houston Texas.

Born on September 1, 1946 in Taipei, Taiwan to Stone Chiang and Jou-O Chiang, she received Bachelor of Arts in Library Science from National Taiwan University. She worked as a librarian until she was married to Dr. Chung Wang, Ob-Gyn,for whom she had worked as an office manager and medical/surgical assistant. She moved to Houston, Texas in 1983 and resumed her work as a librarian at Cultural Center of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office. She was also actively involved in several Line Dance groups in Houston.

Shu also loves cooking, traveling, and playing with her precious grandson Riley. She also devoted her time as a caregiver to family members, including her mother-in-law.

She is survived by her husband Dr Chung Wang, of Houston, her only son Dr Jeff C Wang, of Humble, Texas, and her only grandson Riley Wang, also of Humble, Texas and who brought her great pride and joy for brief 4 1/2 years.

Her funeral service will be held at Reflection Lake Estates in Memorial Oaks Cemetery in west Houston at 2 PM on Friday, December 26, 2014.
