Simone was such a lovely person, through and through, and you must all miss her so very much. She certainly touched my heart and was so generous and kind. As Lynn and Peter said so beautifully, a wonderful woman gone too soon.
My thoughts and prayers are with you,

Perienne,
I found this information by accident and I am deeply saddened by your lost. It was evident in the short time that we knew each other that you were very close to your mother. In this difficult time I hope that you find comfort in the loved ones that surround you.

Mark & I found out yesterday that Simone had passed away. There are not many words to describe how we felt. JUST SAD. Simone had supreme style and a gift for being such a wonderful hostess. My favorite memory of Simone is her wheeling a cart at a Mulgrave event filled with some very fine wines and an awesome caesar salad topped with spring salmon done to perfection. She strolled in with that beautiful smile on her face!!! Makeup, hair and nails done just right, nothing out of place. Of course she was dressed in her Chef shirt/jacket and definitely looked the part. She was a giver of her time and all of her talents. Our thoughts go out to Shae and Perianne. With the Kindest Regards Staci & Mark Campbell

When I heard that Simone had lost her battle with cancer, words cannot express how heartbroken I was. Having already lost Linda (my mom) to cancer just 6 months ago, the last thing I wanted to hear was that we had also lost Simone, and to the same identical cancer. I will forever remember Simone as a selfless, caring and loving Aunt. When my mother was first diagnosed with cancer, Simone was one of the first to phone her. Simone was strong for my mom, and told her "we'll get through this together". I will always remember my mom saying how much she enjoyed talking to Simone on the phone, because it gave her hope and strength. I think this is just naturally how Simone was as a person. She had the ability to make each of us feel this way about ourselves. I will miss her with all my heart and I am glad she is now in peace, and no longer in pain.
