Sondra Denise Wilkerson

Sondra Denise Wilkerson, age 61, was a loving daughter, sister and mother. Sondra also known by family and friends as "Denise" was a resident of Porterville California. She passed away on December 13, 2017 in Porterville California. She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, Randall "Randy" Lee Wilkerson. Randy and Denise were together for 38 years.
Denise was born in Porterville California, August 24, 1958. She attended Pleasant View School as a child and was a 1974 Graduate of Monache High school. Denise was a dedicated homemaker and had various hobbies. She loved gardening, sewing and enjoyed cooking for her family, Denise was a member of the Henderson Avenue Baptist Church. Her love for Christ was a comfort for her as she battled a long illness for several years.
She was survived by her parents Gayland & Ila Stoll from Porterville California, Her sister Patricia Herzberg, brother-in-law Donald Herzberg from Mount Vernon Washington, sister, Ada Minor, brother-in-law Larry Minor. Brother, Dusty Stoll, sister-in-law Susie Stoll from Porterville.
Four Daughters, Chastity Lollis, son-in-law John Lollis, Grandchildren, Ashlyn & Taylor Lollis from Porterville California, Daughter Christa Larson, son-in-law Jarrod Larson, Grandchildren, Keeley & Kayden Larson from Benton Arkansas, Daughter Charla Wilkerson, Grandchildren Triston & Troy Wilkerson from Benton Arkansas, Daughter Catrina Garrett and Son-in-law Brandon Garrett, grandchildren Cathrine & James Garrett from Visalia California. She also had many nieces & nephews, extended family and friends.
After spending nearly 7 months in U.C.L.A. Hospitals…Her family believe she was delighted to have spent her recent days at home in Porterville. The family takes that as a gift from God to have had her here with them. Denise was a unique person with a sense of humor that can only be appreciated by those that truly knew her. She will be deeply missed.
Graveside services will be held December 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodville Cemetery. A Reception following at the Henderson Avenue Baptist Church. Funeral Services by Myers, Porterville California.
