I don't think I ever met you, if I did I can't remember but as I look at your picture and see your mom's face, and your smile full of joy, energy and good spirits, my heart breaks for her and your entire family. I'm sorry for any suffering you may have experienced and I pray that your rest is a peaceful one.

To: Sonya´s Family:
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
Sonya, was a shinning star here with us, and now she shines brighter up above! I loved you as a father would, and that love will stay with me forever. I sing the song "Yellow", by Coldplay, everyday .....and it fills me up! May her soul R.I.P..(Byron Dover)

Sonya, I salute you for being so gallant on your fight! You taught me the seriousness of high blood pressure and the grave situation surrounding African Americans and organ donations - praying this will change one day. Your entire family is grieving your passing - you will be loved forever!!!!!!!
