Soudy Golabchi Obituary
Grovetown, GA—Hossein "Soudy" Golabchi, age 79 entered into rest on Friday, January 22, 2021 at his residence.
Soudy was born in Tehran, Iran and had lived in the United States since college; he had lived in the CSRA for the last 39 years. He was a land developer, member of the Columbia County Merchants Association, and was a world-renowned hunter. Soudy will be remembered for his kindness and generosity.
He is survived by his loving wife of more than 56 years, Margot R. Golabchi; and special friends, Mike and Debbie Zapata, Tom and Ursula Anderson, Dr. Arlon and Lisa Jahnke, Ursula and Darrel Gilbert, and Linda Crowe.
There will be no local services and Soudy will be interred in Tehran.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shepeard Community Blood Center, 4329 Washington Road Evans, GA 30809.

A great hunter, friend and mentor. I'll miss sharing stories and visits at shows. When we visit Soudy Camp at Lake Karakul, Taj. we'll feel closer to you Buddy. Soudy was the king of Marco Polo Sheep hunting. May God bless and comfort your wife and family during this time. Gary Y.
