From grade school on...we had some times both good and bad, laughed and cried. I will miss seeing your face and that smile and the screaming of Heeeey Erin. You rest easy, I'll see you when I get there.

My friend Stacey was one of our DubC benchmarks; she had a smile for everybody, always wanted a reason to laugh and enjoy people. She found that laughter in just being her natural self, and I remember growing up, she never excluded anyone and found the more friends real friends in crew, it made our ventures that much more fun. From the parks, to the pool, and then on back to the block; until ms Butch made her come in the house for curfew. I can't remember a time wasn't smiling for some unknown reason, but as a true friend and sister she made us all glad to know her, and be a part of her journey.
We'll miss you, Stacey. See you later.
