Stacey Poole

Stacey Marie Poole, 47, a resident of Glen Burnie, and formerly of Pasadena, passed suddenly on October 7, 2014 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was born on September 18, 1967, in Baltimore, to Darlene and Matt Hieatzman. After high school, she worked for 26 years as a secretary for the State of Maryland Parole and Probation Office. She enjoyed camping, fishing, Orioles baseball, and serving as team mother for her sons' baseball teams. Raising her two boys was her life. She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Catherine and Herbert Creed. Along with her parents, Stacey is survived by her two sons: Wyatte and Trever Poole; her brother Scott Hieatzman and his wife Lesa and their four children, of Pasadena; her aunt Melanie Freeburger and family, of Pasadena; her uncle Herb Creed and family, of Salisbury; four nieces and nephews, and many cousins and friends. Family invites friends to visit on Saturday, October 11, from 12 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena. Her funeral service will begin at 7:30 PM during the evening visitation. Those who wish may contribute to the Kidney Foundation of Maryland.
