To the Flaggs family,

I knew Rob from high school and only just found out of his passing, on Sunday, from a friend. I am so sorry to hear of his untimely passing. He was a funny, friendly, sweet kid back at KOHS and I'm sure he didn't change much since, only to become a funny, friendly, sweet man. Please accept my sympathy and condolences for your loss of such a great person. God be with you all always.

Dear Flaggs Family,

Our sincerest condolences to your family on the loss of Rob.

As a former resident of Bridgeville I had the pleasure of knowing Rob. He certainly touched my life personally through my son who was going through some tough times as a teenager. Rob was always understanding and willing to help both my son and I as these difficulties unfolded. He was kind, concerned and a stand up young man who always reached out to us. Through his kindness and concern my son has turned his life around. Rob played a very big part in that turnaround with his concern and kindness.

We both will miss him deeply.

To the Flaggs Family: I never had the pleasure of meeting Rob. I am a friend of Michelle's and from what she had said and from what I have read here, he sounded like a man I would have been proud to know. May the blessing of God the almighty Father give you all the assurance that Rob is with Him and awaits the day he sees you again. God, bless these fine people and keep them strong in your faith and love.

Rob was an exceptional guy. Very caring, open and loving. He always went out of his way to make you smile. He was so confident and knew what he wanted out of life and was not afraid to go after it. I will always cherish the "friendship" we had and I will never forget him. My thoughts and prayers are with the Flaggs family. May you find peace knowing the difference he made in all the lives he touched.

To the Flaggs family and Michelle Handa,

Our deepest sympathy to you all. Rob was a wonderful man who will be truly missed. As a Bridgeville Police Officer he was an asset to this community, always ready and willing to be of service. I was glad he followed his dream of becoming a PA State Trooper, but I was sorry to see him leave Bridgeville. He was always so helpful to me as council member. I am glad I had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in eternal peace.

I first met Robbie back when he and I worked as armed officers in the Pittsburgh Public Housing areas.

From day one, I knew that Rob was an exceptional and unique individual.

From there we became friends and spent much time hanging around one another. My wife and I enjoyed having him as an overnight guest on several occasions at our home, and on our family farm.

I've known many people in my life and can honestly say that Rob gave us some of the best times of our lives. He always knew the right thigs to say, he was blessed with emotion and there wasn't a time within the duration of our friendship that we said an unkind word to each other.

I can express without hesitation that we absolutedly LOVED and will continue to love this man with all of our hearts.

Being that I'm a Police Officer, I relate to many of Robs experiences and feel proud to say that he set and example regarding brotherly love and how it's supposed to be in the Law Enforcement Community.

I find myself tremendously gracious to the fact that I had the opportunity to be one of the lucky ones that was able to watch this man grow and make his dreams come true. Work did not scare Rob and he proved that you can make it happen if you put enough heart into it. Such an inspiration.

Rob Flaggs, there will NEVER be a day that we don't think of you and thank god for the opportunity that we had you in our lives. I know you'll be watching over us and keeping me safe when I'm working bro.

To the family, we will keep you in our prayers and never ever forget Rob and the amazing man he was.

I salute you Rob.

To Rob, you might be gone but we will never forget you!!!!!!

To the Flaggs family, Rob was my best friend, a coworker, and my partner and now I believe he will be a Guardian Angel to all of us. It does not seem fair to take such a wonderful man at the prime of his life, but God must have better plans for this great man. Lets be thankful for the memories Rob gave to us all in his short time here with us.

Our deepest Sympathies goes out to the Flaggs family and all that had the chance to meet Rob,I know in time we will meet again until then you will always be in our hearts.
