Dr. Stanley KUMAR

KUMAR, Dr. Stanley E. On December 7th, 2002, Dr. Stanley E. Kumar of Forestburg, Alberta passed away at the age of 75. Dr. Kumar served the community of Forestburg and district with great dedication for 28 years, until he was forced to retire due to a stroke in 1996. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jean; five children, Lynda (Floyd) Oberg, Mark (Michelle) Kumar, David (Deanna) Kumar, Sherry (Les) Squires and Richard (Kimberly) Kumar; 11 grandchildren, Meaghan Oberg, Stefan Oberg, Hailey Kumar, Sienna Kumar, Sydney Kumar, Brianne Kumar, Erin Kumar, Joshua Kumar, Brittany Squires, Jaden Squires, Logan Squires and his new grandchild expected February 20th, 2003 to Richard and Kim Kumar. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, Margaret Hatch, Roopee, Angela, Kathy and Elizabeth and five brothers, Charlie, Rudy, Dyman, Dennis and Godfrey, and three sisters, Gloria, Evelyn and Merle. He was also admired and loved by many nieces and nephews. Memorial Service to be held in the Forestburg Community Centre, Tuesday, December 10th, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Forestburg Community Enhancement Fund or Galahad Health Care Auxiliary or charity of choice.
