Star Michelle Bell-McGough Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Feb. 5 to Feb. 8, 2023.
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the death of Star Michelle Bell-McGough, 65, of Groveland, California. Star passed away from a sudden heart attack on Tuesday, Jan 24th.

Star was born in Safford, Arizona. She was the daughter of late Robert J. Bell and Evelyn V. Brannon-Bell. Star will be lovingly remembered by her husband Dennis McGough, two children Shane Bell, Shannon Spain and grandson Sean Bell. Star's love of nature is what lead her to the beautiful area surrounding Yosemite. Star was a phenomenal cook and creative baker, always preparing delicious meals and desserts for her family and friends. Some of Star's passions included gardening, crystal hunting and collecting treasures from everywhere she traveled. She was exceptional with art and craft projects, creating unique masterpieces. Star was a huge animal lover and advocate, rescuing and caring for many animals over the years. Star was full of life and love; she will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

No services are being held at this time. The family requests any donations on her behalf be made to the Humane Society of Tuolumne County in Jamestown.

"Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy." -Eskimo Proverb

I remember you from childhood. We shared so many early memories. Here´s a photo of you and Zane from my second grade birthday party. RIP, cousin.
