Virtual Service-Lowcountry Mortuary and Wesley United Methodist Church's Facebook website Walk through: Lowcountry Mortuary, 1852 E. Montague Ave., N. Charleston, SC, 6-8pm, Thursday (1-27-22) Visitation address after walkthrough and service: 1925 Belgrade Ave., Charleston, SC 29407. Burial: Cherry Hill Cemetery, College Park Road and Market Road after service. Left to cherish his memory: his son, Mark A Williams II (Rosemary) of Charleston, SC; former wife, Geraldine D Williams of Ladson, SC; stepdaughter: Minda Bell of Goose Creek, SC; five sisters: Miriam Ragland of Maryland, Genice Stewart and Delores Stewart of North Charleston, SC, Beverly Stewart Mack of Charleston, SC, and Clara Freeman of Goose Creek, SC; three brothers: Caesar Lawrence (Johnnie Mae) of North Charleston, SC, Hezekiah David Stewart, Sr. (Diane) of Little Rock, AR, and Mark Stewart (Sonia) of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire; grandsons: Joseph L Bell IV and Jordan L. Bell of Goose Creek, SC; three sisters-in-law: G Barbara Williams of Patterson, NJ, Apostle Rosa Lee Williams of Augusta, GA, and Virginia (Kitty) Williams of North Charleston, SC. I had lost touch with Mark and did not know he had passed or I would have been at the funeral to express my sympathy in person.
