Stella Whitney Obituary
Stella was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Waite Wilbur Whitney and survived by two children, Larry Whitney (Cynthia) and Linda Whitney, four grandchildren, Jason Whitney (Corinna), Jeffrey Whitney (Bonnie), Shanne' Killingsworth and Ona Patallas. Stella had 5 great grandchildren.
Stella was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
Stella and Waite had their own plumbing business, Whitney Plumbing and Heating for 20 years.
Stella loved going to coffee, Bunco and playing cards. She loved Cripple Creek, camping, going on cruises and cooking for the family get togethers.
Funeral will be at 2 pm Wednesday, May 23, 2012. A viewing will be one hour prior at 1 pm at Memorial Gardens Chapel, 3825 Airport Rd. Entombment immediately following and a reception to follow the entombment.
