Stephen Boyce

Steve crossed my mind just yesterday, so it is interesting timing that I received an email reminder of the anniversary his passing today. I hope your family is well, Leigh. I know this time of year is joyful yet also poignantly sad. Please know that Steve´s memory continues to be in my heart.

Leigh -
I wanted you to know that I am thinking of you. I lost my husband a year ago, after an extended illness, so I do know what you are going through. I will always remember Steve fondly. Please know that you will be in my prayers.

I also took care of Steve at Shepherd and we instantly bonded. Not only because of his sweet soul but because he shared his name with my dog :) who I'm sure is now giving him kisses in heaven for all of you. I am very sorry for your loss and will have your family in my prayers.

I will miss my friend, a man I could count on to be as loyal to me as I was to him. We shared a world view, and I felt bonded to Steve. I hope he meets up with my wife Sandy on the other side, they would get along well.

Mr. Boyce will always have a special place in my heart. He was such a great person with a sweet spirit. I am so glad that I was able to work with him extensively at Shepherd. He will forever be missed.
