Stephen Diaz Gavin

Stephen was a dear friend. We met while working on an FCC comparative hearing case in the mid'80s and stayed friends for decades. I am sorry to say that we lost touch when he moved to Croatia. Without fail, he always made me smile. I just came across this and am devastaed to learn of his passing. My condolences to Chris and Alicia.

I am so very sorry to hear that the world lost this brilliant and wonderful person. He will always be remembered. May he rest in peace.
