Stephen was a dear friend. We met while working on an FCC comparative hearing case in the mid'80s and stayed friends for decades. I am sorry to say that we lost touch when he moved to Croatia. Without fail, he always made me smile. I just came across this and am devastaed to learn of his passing. My condolences to Chris and Alicia.

To Stephen's family. My name is Patricia Pelaez. I worked with Stephen on a project many years ago. I just saw the memorial on his firm's website and found this site. I am so very sorry to hear that the world lost this brilliant and wonderful person. He will always be remembered. May he rest in peace.

Dear Stephen,
You wrote me such a lovely letter when Jay died on Easter Sunday 2021. I appreciated it so much and Jay would have too.
I didn't have an address for you at that time and I am sorry I never responded.
With sorrow,
Eva
