It was very sad to hear about Stephen's passing.
I knew him all the way through the years at Good Shepherd School. Always a very kind, respectable person. My sincere condolences to the family/friends.

Patrick, Mary and Ron, Nick talks about Stephen all of the time even though we have moved away. I think his hero worship is a direct result of Patrick's hero worship of his brother. I am so, so sorry.

It was so disheartening to hear about the passing of Stephen. I know he fought a long hard battle with cancer. I knew his parents, Ron and Mary and brother Patrick. They all spoke so highly of Stephen, especially Patrick. Patrick loved telling stories of Stephen and visiting his Fire Station. I'm cognizant he was a brave sole who battled more than fires. My condolences to the entire family and the family of Fire Station 4.

My heart goes out to the family. I had great respect for this family and the love that shined and that they shared towards others in their faces despite the difficulties of the recent years. Sending a big hug to Jack as I was his first grade teacher. You are much loved Jack!!

My family remembers the Hill Boys. They were and still are a blessing to our community. When ever I was out Krogering and Stephen would see me he would give me a hug. The usual Hill family message of sharing his time was always present.
Thank you Stephen for all the gifts you gave us. Go in peace. Rest in peace

I attended high school with Stephen and have so many wonderful memories of him. He was one of the kindest and most intelligent people I have ever met, with the most unique sense of humor that we all loved. Praying for his family and all who knew him. May the Lord welcome him with open arms and angels sing him unto his rest.
