My beautiful friend Stevie. I miss your smile and sense of humor already. You have no idea how you have touched me and how much your friendship changed me. You were there for me in my darkest hour and with your love and friendship, you lifted me to see above the darkness and I saw life in a different way. I remember how you looked at me when you spoke to me and how you would rest your hand on mine. You made my world a better place and you gave me hope. I wish I would have told you face to face just how much you meant to me because you really need to know that I looked up to you and loved you sincerely. Thank you for making time for me in your busy life and thank you for always being there for me. I'll never forget how you left the pink feathery scarf for Donnie...classic Stevie. Most importantly, I will never forget you. I'll check in with Robert and make sure he is okay...so don't worry...I have that covered. Love you Stevie..until we meet again, my friend.

Steve was one of the most loving, careing, gentle persons that I have every met. Always willing to help you out kind of guy. He was always the life of the party and always made me smile, even when I was feeling blue. I will truley miss your smile and the way you were always there for me and everyone else around you. You had a presence sent from Heaven. Steve will definetely be a missing part of my current life, but he will always have a special place in my heart. I feel for all of his family and friends, I know he loved them all very much. What a great and sudden loss this is for all. Steve you were to me a menor, friend and companion on so many levels. I can only hope you are at peace now..... I will love you forever !! Kevin Michael...

Steve was not only a mentor and adviser, but also a good uncle. Our girls grew to love Uncle Steve and our oldest (4 yrs old) asks about him daily. He will be sorely missed.

Dear Robert and Family & Friends of Stevie,

I am at a loss for words to share that will soothe the sting of the death of a loved one. I met Stevie 10 years ago, and I have not been the same since. He has always cared for me, making sure I was Ok and had food to take home after a social gathering. Stevie and Robert helped me move into my apartment, and each time Steve sees me, he'd chide me for not calling him to come do my interior decorating. We often laugh about the dining table still leaning (in its carton) again the wall. I will never be able to decorate my apt. as beautifully as Stevie would. I love you, Stevie.

Say hello to my daddy; talk about me with him...until I come.

I am so sorry. I only know Steve from Bingo at St. Ann's. He is such a sweet soul, always pleasant, always smiling, always trying to make me pay more attention to my diabetes. I consider him a friend, a friend that I will truly miss. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
