Stephen "Steve" Lawrence Polanski, 66, formerly of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, passed away unexpectedly on July 27, 2023, in Palmetto, Florida. He was born on November 19, 1956.

Steve was a passionate sports enthusiast, with a particular love for football. He also enjoyed bowling and was a valued member of two different bowling teams. His dedication and skill in these sports brought joy to his life and those around him.

In addition to his hobbies, Steve was known for his loyalty and friendship. He was always there for his loved ones, lending a helping hand and offering support whenever needed. His warm and caring nature made him a cherished friend to many.

Steve is survived by his sister, Kathy Marlowe, his nephew, Paul Marlowe, his niece Heather Gonzales, his niece Holly Polanski and his great nephews Marc and Jayden. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Polanski Jr., his mother, Muriel Polanski, his brother, Paul Polanski III, and his brother, Thomas Polanski. Their memories will forever be treasured by those who loved them.

A memorial to honor Steve's life will be held on
October 21st from 1-4 PM at
The Clam Factory located at 10104 Cortez Rd. West in Bradenton, FL 34210. This gathering will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and acquaintances to come together and celebrate Steve's life, sharing stories and memories.

Please join us as we pay tribute to Steve Polanski, a remarkable individual whose presence will be deeply missed.

As one of the past performers at The Clam I remember Steve always being very encouraging. Of all the requests I get as a singer, one of the cutest requests came from Steve. "Dead Skunk In The Middle Of The Road." I did learn and performed it once when Steve was there. I know he will be missed by many.
