Stephen SUGAR Obituary
Peacefully, after a courageous battle, on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Nancy Wiseman. Devoted and loving father and father-in-law of Lorne and Colin (Lavery), Scott and Liane (Frank), Daniel and Jenn (Jones). Adored and proud Zaidie of Jesse, and Jake; Nathan, and Jordan. Son of the late William and the late Bertha Sugar. Brother and brother-in-law of Robert and Caron, and Murray and Elizabeth Sugar; and brother-in-law of Ronald and Joyce Wiseman. Steve will be remembered by all who knew and loved him. Special thanks to Dr. Marie Vanhuyse, Olga Guerra and the staff of Palliative Care at the Montreal General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, December 18 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Ahavath Schulom Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 144 Butternut, D.D.O. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, (514) 255-5151, or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Quebec, (514) 871-1551.
