THOMPSON, Stephen Bruce - "Duke" of Dartmouth passed away Sept 21st at home. Stephen worked for DND for over 30 years. Proud father of Lucy (Mike), Emily (Max) and grandsons Denver and Bowen. Predeceased by his father Joseph Thompson and mother Margaret Thompson, brothers Robert and Daniel and sister Trina. No visitation or funeral will be held as per Stephen's request. A gathering will be held in Stephen's memory at the Hearthstone Inn Dartmouth on Saturday September 29th from 2-4. Memorial donations may be in Stephen's memory to the boys and girls club of Dartmouth. "So when tomorrow starts without me don't think we're far apart. My heart goes out to his family and friends. A true friend and great neighbour will be sadly missed. He was always the first person there to give a helping hand to anyone he knew. I will miss his visits and stories from the past. Scott and Kelly.
