I wanted to ask you if you liked Ford or Chevy, and I was going to tease you if you said Chevy.
I had so many questions to ask you and so many things to tell you, but that's okay because I'll be able to do all that when I see you in Heaven.

Uncle Steve, I will miss you. You always believed in me, and made sure I knew how exceedingly proud you were of me. You were so caring, nonjudgemental, and wonderful. I am a lucky girl to have been able to call you my uncle. You have gone to Heaven, but you will always be in my heart. I love you, forever and always. Love, your know-it-all niece.

Your journey to the heavens will be greeted with one who loves u just as much as u were loved here.

Marie, I was shocked and saddened to hear that Steve was gone so quickly. I only knew him through the work he did here at Lake Sheridan, painting my cottage last year and my porch this year, but I was so happy to recommend him to other cottagers because his work was beautiful and he was such a fair and decent man. I am sorry that you have lost your husband at such a young age. He was a sweet guy and he will be missed.
