STEVEN ALLEN DENIO Preston - Steven Allen Denio, 42, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023. He was born on May 12, 1981 in Ransom to Leo Albert and Donna Rae (Dimitt) Denio. Steven worked in the oilfield. He enjoyed fishing, frog gigging, mushroom hunting, 4-wheeling, being outside, playing horseshoes, cornhole and lawn darts, shooting pool, and going to casinos, doing arts and crafts especially limestone work and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Donna of Preston; children, Tristan Denio, Taylor Denio and Tanner Denio all of Stafford; brothers, William "Billy" (Jennifer) Denio of Kingman, Chris Denio of Norton, Cody Denio of McPherson and Shawn Denio of Wakefield; and sisters, Michelle Denio of Manhattan, Jacqueline (Joe) Bissonnette of Junction City and Braylynn Denio of Junction City. Steven is preceded in death by his father; brothers, David Dimitt and Andy Denio; and grandparents, Donald Sr. and Nina Dimitt. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 5-7 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Larrison Mortuary, Pratt. Burial will follow at Stafford Cemetery, Stafford.
