Caroline A. DelSpechio, 87, a resident of Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Williamstown, died Friday at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.

She was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving are her daughter, Patti B. Barry, Williamstown, with whom she resided; a stepdaughter, Kathleen Finio, Honeybrooke.
