STEVEN, you were always a great friend who genuinely cared for me and my health. I will cherish the times that we prayed together. But most importantly, our last prayer with Sylvia was the one that you gave your heart to our Lord Jesus Christ. Both Sylvia and I could not have been happier at that moment.
We look forward to seeing you again in heaven!
Your friend, Chris.

We love and are going to miss you, Dr. Steven. Your big personality will surely be missed, and many at our establishment are upset at the news of your passing. Thank you for all your advice, your generosity, and great humor. There was never a dull moment when you were in the room. God bless you and rest peacefully.

Thank you Steve for being an outstanding doctor and servant to your patients. You demonstrated leadership, nobility and kindness to those around you. Thank you for so many good memories of dinners together, service in the profession, and especially laughter. You will be missed, friend. May your soul rest in the Mercy of God. Amen.
