Steven Jones Obituary
Steven was born in Germany on the 5th of May 1954. He was a volunteer police officer for the Newllano police department where he served his community for many years. Steven was also a very successful business owner in the area. He loved to hunt and fish and was a good friend to all. He was a devoted father who is loved and cherished by his family. We Love you daddy.
Steven was preceded in death by his Parents: Marvin David and Violet Jones. Brother: David Jones. Son: Edward Jones. Niece: Christinia Jones.
Steven is survived by his loving daughters: Sarah Beth Cooley and husband Larry of Many, LA. Rosalie Violet Dison and husband Curtis of Destin Fl. Son: Steven Ray Jones of Leesville, La. Grandchildren: David Ethan Jones, Marlee Elizabeth Cooley and Curtis Lawrence Dison.
Visitation will be at Hixson Funeral Home in Leesville, LA.,
Monday, October 31st from 4:00 -8:00 pm. Graveside services will be held at the Machselah Cemetery in Mount Sterling Ky.

I wish we could just argue and fuss at eachother one last time. Everytime the phone rings my first thought is still Daddy's calling to tell me what he had for supper or wants me to come get em and go somewhere. I miss your 19 calls a day so bad. You had quite an impact on my life and I hope you know how much I love and admire you. Love you Daddy

Sure do mIss your company and your late night phone call just to tell me what you just ate... Would much rather you still be here to watch your grandkids grow up... I will never forget the relationship had I truly miss it and you.

I remember Steve when I was a kid living in New Llano. He let me ride his mini bike. He was a kind and considerate person.
