My most sincere thanks to each of you who share memories or comments about my dear and most loved brother, Steve. His love of life, family, his children and grandchildren and belief in the Lord made him a most special and treasured man. He was unfailingly generous and kind and had a positive attitude and belief in good outcome. From the time he was born he brought great joy to my life. I miss him terribly but the kind thoughts and words each of you have contributed bring joy to my heart for the privilege of having a brother as wonderful of Steve. He was a blessing to us all.

I was a lucky person to have known Steve as I have lived in both Stillwater and Pawnee. In our younger years, I wrestled with him. Jamie, my sister Lori and I have you and your family in our thoughts. We loved having you as a friend and neighbor in Pawnee. God Bless.

Thank you everyone for your kind words about my Dad. He was a great man. Most importantly he was a great christian man. We will miss him dearly, but are comforted by the fact that he is in heaven a better place than we can imagine!

We are so sorry to hear about Steve. We worked with him when he was with Allstate Insurance. He was a pleasure to be around, always smiling and telling us about his children and grandchildren. He loved you so much. He stopped by to visit us earlier in the year and showing us pictures. Always remember how much he loved you. Please keep your memories of him close to your heart for your love of him to live forever. We pray that God may give you the strength you need during this time of sorrow.

Prayers to Steve's family. The last time I saw Steve was at the High School 20 year reunion when he made me feel like a million bucks by telling me that I was the best looking one there! I am sure he was being a little chivalrous but it certainly made my night! Steve was my Prom date Jr. year in High School and I remember how much fun we all had and how grown up we all thought we were. He was a nice guy and I am sad that we will miss out on having him around.

Dearest Ones!
Eddie and I just heard about Steve! We are indeed saddened by this great loss for all of his family. I personally met and visited with him at the last Marcum reunion and remember what a great smile and kind nature he had. Eddie visited with him more than I. He will be missed by all of us who loved him in the Marcum family. Special love and sympathy to his wife and children as well as personal love to Jack and Carolyn, Dorothy, Jackie, Linda and Sandra (from Eddie). We are blessed to know we will ALL be together again one day very soon. May the Lord Jesus comfort you by His sweet Holy Spirit now and in the days to come!!
All our love!

I have known Steve since Junior High. I last saw him about 5 years ago at a basketball game in Jenks. He was always talking about his wonderful children. He had a great sense of humor. We will miss him greatly. My condolences

A dear friend and financial advisor and I thank you for taking me under your wing and having the greatest amount of patience with me in an area I was lacking knowledge. I'll always remember when I had only known Steve for a few months he said...if you ever have car trouble, break down, or need ANYTHING, then you call me and I'll be there anytime. What a great man and my life was blessed having the chance to know Steve both personally and professionally. I pray that God provides peace and healing to the family.
