Steven Owen Martin, 63, of Louisville, passed away January 14, 2018. He was born March 25, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a retired bus driver for the Special Needs East Division of Jefferson County Public Schools and a retired supervisor for PNC Bank. He was an Army veteran and a member of Beechmont Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Owen Martin. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 38 years, Becky Hatcher Martin; mother, Nellie Dooley; sister, Hilda McNelly(Alvin); brothers-in-law, Tommy Hatcher(Brenda), Randy Hatcher(Jackie), and Ronnie Hatcher(Pam); and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 12 noon Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Wednesday. Memorial contributions can be made to the Children's Ministries Department of Beechmont Baptist Church.
